父亲在育儿过程中的角色缺失是中国家庭普遍存在的现象，父职缺失影响着家庭乃至社会的发展。本项目以家庭教育服务作为切入点，提出家政行业2.0的转型方向和实践路径，从家政行业可持续发展的视角促进家庭亲职教育。
“爱家”为家庭提供亲职教育、咨询以及情感化的家庭关怀服务。运用多模态AI Agent技术，通过实体服务卡片、多样化自助育儿工具、家政服务人员联合社区家庭工作坊和家庭咨询平台，强化一线家政服务人员的情感职能，助力多种育儿场景下父母科学育儿。在用户侧赋能家庭亲职教育，在组织侧为家政从业人员提供更加可持续的职业发展路径，实现商业逻辑和社区福祉的协同共建，推动现代社会中家庭育儿的亲职回归，营造育儿友好型社会。
The absence of fathers in the child-rearing process is a widespread phenomenon in Chinese families, and the lack of paternal roles affects the development of families and even society. This project takes family education services as an entry point, proposing a transformation direction and practical path for the domestic service industry 2.0. From the perspective of sustainable development in the domestic service industry, it promotes parental education in families.
“iFamily”provides parental education, consultation, and emotionalized family care. Utilizing multimodal AI Agent technology, through physical service cards, a variety of self-service parenting tools, domestic service personnel in conjunction with community family workshops, and family consultation platforms, it enhances the emotional functions of frontline domestic service workers, aids parents in scientifically parenting in diverse scenarios. On the user side, it empowers family parental education, and on the organizational side, it offers a more sustainable career development path for domestic service professionals, achieving a synergy between business logic and community welfare. This initiative promotes the return of parental roles in modern society and fosters a society that is friendly to parenting.
