Service Design Competition
[HOME+International Service Design Competition] is China’s pioneering service design competition focusing on the intersection of home and society.
About us
The theme “TRUST” holds profound significance in Chinese culture. As Confucius said, “If a person does not have trust, he does not know what he can do.” (The Analects of Confucius). Trust is synonymous with integrity and reliability, symbolizing a promise, guarantee, and security. In Chinese culture, trust is a fundamental moral quality and ethical norm. It is the cornerstone of service delivery, driving service commitment and underpinning the value and advantages of services, technologies, and products. Without trust, services falter. Establishing trust between service providers and recipients is crucial in service design, which solves problems by understanding customer needs and creating reliable solutions. In an era of uncertainty, human trust is the foundation of service connectivity, the security of service providers in the social production process, and the source of dignity and quality. Today, the integration of high efficiency, high quality, and technology reflects the direction of new productivity, all of which must be grounded in “TRUST.” With “TRUST,” users experience satisfaction through services, services gain value-added experiences and recognition, and a community of mutual trust is formed between providers and recipients, fostering iterative and effective service development.
