Our service targets middle-aged parents who have lost their only child, aiming to help them return to normal life and better remember their children through online counseling, digital memory building, and offline activities. Specific measures include: providing one-on-one psychological counseling through a professional online platform, using artificial intelligence to offer psychological support anytime and anywhere, meeting the personalized needs of users; and introducing a digital memorial, where users can upload photos, videos, and texts to create a virtual memory space, preserving precious memories while providing a platform for access and sharing at any time; regularly organizing offline activities such as themed lectures, healing workshops, and outdoor activities, creating a safe and warm community environment to help bereaved families reintegrate into social life and find support and a sense of belonging. The value of this project lies in providing emotional support and psychological counseling for middle-aged individuals who have lost their only child, helping them emerge from the shadow of grief, rebuild a normal life, reduce social isolation and emotional pain, and regain hope in life.
