Based on the current situation of "Village-to-Village" and the policy of "Passenger, Cargo and Mail", a multi-functional bus service system combining logistics and transportation attributes is formed. Using the principle of "tide", through the change of the spatial structure of the car and the more perfect express delivery service process, the mode of carrying goods along the bus is realized, the growth of the rural economy is promoted, and the closed loop of rural economy, logistics and passenger carrying is realized. Solve the "last mile" problem of rural express delivery and improve the quality of rural logistics services; At the same time, it alleviates the waste of resources of existing bus flight attendants, optimizes the upward demand for agricultural products, and builds an efficient and sustainable closed-loop service system for logistics and public transportation.
