作品说明 

「糖葫芦」合作社项目是针对唐氏综合症患者而发起的一个服务设计与社会创新项目，这个项目基于一个棘手的社会问题，即当父母离去时，唐氏综合症患儿应该如何生活。本项目通过赋能家庭间互助的力量，打造可持续的未来大家庭互助模式来解决患儿未来生活问题。
「糖葫芦」合作社致力于为唐氏综合征家庭打造一个“线上+线下”的互助平台，让每个家庭都能找到彼此的共鸣与支持，让不同家庭一起携手前行。同时，我们也希望建立唐氏群体与社会的连接，让更多唐氏综合征患者被社会看见，从而减少社会对这个群体的偏见。让唐氏家庭与社会大众共同创造由善与爱编织而成的大家庭。
 
Design description

The TCFDS Project is a service design and social innovation project, aimed at helping individuals with Down syndrome. This project addresses a challenging social issue: how individuals with Down syndrome should live after their parents are no longer able to care for them. By empowering mutual assistance among families, our project aims to create a sustainable model of family support to ensure the well-being of individuals with Down syndrome.

 

The TCFDS Project is dedicated to creating an "online + offline" mutual aid platform for families with children who have Down syndrome. This platform enables each family to find resonance and support with one another, fostering collaboration among different families. Additionally, we strive to build connections between the Down syndrome community and society at large, reducing societal prejudices against individuals with Down syndrome. Our goal is to create a larger family for the Down syndrome community, woven together with kindness and love, involving both families and the broader public.
