中国上海是一座人口稠密的城市,在紧急救援问题上仍有提升空间, “滴滴英雄 ”项目创新性地提出将医疗急救系统和网约车系统进行结合,设想利用上海成熟的网约车系统,在救护车到达前,让最易达的滴滴英雄在合适的情况下对伤者进行预处理,以提高紧急情况下的生存率。

项目结合120急救中心派单系统加网约车平台智能算法,将两个等级的司机派遣到能力所及的急救现场,司机可以由此获得经济激励、社会认可和个人职业提升,而网约车公司、120急救系统和慈善组织运作的边界将被拓宽。当急救人员和资源到达时间缩短,紧急事件的存活率将直接得到提升。项目原型设定了应对意外伤害和心脏骤停两种情况,未来有机会应用于更多的城市和应对更多的医疗急救场景。
 
Design description

Shanghai, China, is a densely populated city with space for improvement in mergency medical services (EMS). The 'Didi Heroes' project innovatively proposes integrating the EMS system with the ride-hailing system. The idea is to utilize Shanghai's well-established ride-hailing network to have the most accessible Didi Heroes provide preliminary treatment to the injured in suitable situations before an ambulance arrives, thereby increasing survival rates in emergencies.

 

The project combines the dispatch system of the 120 emergency center with the intelligent algorithms of the ride-hailing platform, dispatching two levels of drivers to the emergency scene within their capabilities. These drivers can receive financial incentives, social recognition, and career advancement opportunities. The operational boundaries of ride-hailing companies, the 120 emergency system, and charitable organizations will be expanded. By reducing the arrival time of emergency personnel and resources, the survival rate in critical incidents will be directly improved. The project prototype is set to address accidental injuries and cardiac arrest, with the potential to be applied to more cities and various medical emergency scenarios in the future.
