“双减”政策背景下，三点半难题愈发凸显。现今大部分小学下午三点半放学，但家长普遍到五点半之后下班。对此我们提出了社区协同的社会创新设计方案：以社区为基点，对孩子课后进行德智体美劳等五育。项目包括社区架空层的利用与改造、儿童社区活动服务设计、家校社区社会互联平台搭建、品牌形象建立、相关产品设计等。通过社区的设计改造，为儿童放学后提供一个安全温馨的场所，由志愿者统一看管，有效解决家长们两难问题。最终在政府的推动下建成可持续的社区服务模式¬。

Design description

Under the background of the “double reduction” policy, the problem of 3:30 has become more and more prominent. Today, most primary schools leave school at 3:30 in the afternoon, but parents generally leave work after 5:30. In this regard, we put forward a community-based social innovation design plan: based on the community, we will provide children with five educations such as moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor after school. The project includes the utilization and transformation of community overhead floors, service design of children's community activities, construction of social interconnection platform for home-school community, brand image establishment, and related product design. Through the design and transformation of the community, it provides a safe and warm place for children after school, which is under the unified supervision of volunteers, effectively solving the dilemma of parents. Finally, a sustainable community service model was built under the promotion of the government.
