本项目从国家养老政策出发，基于当代老龄社会严峻现状，结合银发经济与信息化养老服务的发展，最终聚焦于老年人的价值再现与社会参与，构建一个为社区老人发挥余热的服务平台。

通过适老化的移动端设计便于老年人自发组织活动，与社区全年龄段居民互动；以活动工具包的方式赋能，帮助老人教学与学习；并在社区场景增加社区宣传栏，促进社区活动氛围营造。

以打破隔阂的方式赋能生活，满足老年人多样化需求，动员和鼓励社会力量的广泛参与。通过拓展和深化以精神富足为目标的养老服务，最终推进积极老龄化的发展。

Design description

Starting from the national pension policy, based on the severe current situation of the contemporary aging society, combined with the development of the silver economy and information-based pension services, this project focuses on the value representation and social participation of the elderly, and builds a service platform for the elderly in the community to develop their abilities.

Firstly, the aging-friendly APP design is convenient for the elderly to organize activities spontaneously and interact with residents of all ages in the community. Secondly, empowering the elderly through activity toolkits to help them teach and learn. Finally, increasing publicity boards in the community to promote community activities atmosphere.

This project empowers seniors to meet their diverse needs by breaking down barriers and mobilizes the broad participation of social forces. It also explores elderly care services in depth which aiming at spiritual prosperity. It has the significance of promoting the development of active aging.
