"筑巢计划"是基于北京市朝阳区美遇社区优化的一套服务体验设计，致力于构筑城市青年理 想家。通过营造归属感，呵护青年的吃喝玩乐、情感关系、精神世界，进而为他们提供更多 生活可能。我们追求给予更多温暖、正向引导和爱。 社区服务包含移动端app设计和线下社区两方面。 移动端： 1.提供个性化服务以及记录和交流 2.管家服务，解决日常生活难题 3.社区交流构 建良好邻里环境 4.社区导览 5.社区基本设施使用、预约及反馈等服务。 线下社区：对现有社区进行了动线设计及公共布局重新规划，并对物业服务量化规范。举办 不同的社区活动，并和线上app相辅相成，便于服务流程的完善及用户体验的进一步提高。 致力于为用户提供更好的居住体验，让青年更好地享受社区生活。

Design description

"Nest Project" is a set of service experience design based on the optimization of Meyu Community in Chaoyang District, Beijing, dedicated to building urban youth idealists. By creating a sense of belonging, we take care of young people's eating, drinking, playing, emotional relationships and spiritual world, thus providing them with more life possibilities. We seek to give more warmth, positive guidance and love. Community services include mobile app design and offline community. Mobile APP 1. Provide personalized service and record keeping and communication 2. Butler service solves everyday problems 3. Community communication to build a good neighborhood environment 4. Community Tours 5. Community infrastructure use, booking and feedback services Offline community The existing community has been designed and re-planned public layout, and the property service quantified standard. Different community activities are held to create a good community atmosphere, which is complementary to the online app, facilitating the improvement of the service process and the further improvement of user experience. Committed to providing users with a better living experience, so that young people better enjoy community life.
