面向城市儿童的自然体验教育服务设计

随着城市化进程的加速,越来越多的城市儿童远离自然,患上了“自然缺失症”,在自然中实践、倡导人与自然和谐关系的自然教育在我国兴起并快速发展。基于此背景,本设计旨在以中国农耕文化为基础,创造性继承格物致知传统,与万物为友,以自然为师,探索更具特色的自然体验教育类服务产品。

设计内容分为四个模块。①自然教育品牌打造。设计具有辨识度和专业度的品牌形象并在活动中进行宣传和推广,重视老用户的口碑打造和熟人营销,建立品牌壁垒;②优化课程体系。根据孩子学校教育的时间线对课程体系进行调整并优化单次体验活动的内容,增加家长课堂满足家长需求;③完善服务制度。以自然营地的设计为核心,提供线上(小程序)线下贯通的配套服务;④加强商业合作。线上与社交类和生活类平台合作,拓宽宣传渠道,线下推进与院校和相关教育组织的合作,增加B端客源。

Design description

With the acceleration of urbanization, more and more urban children are far away from nature and suffer from " nature-deficit disorder". Nature education, which is practiced in nature and advocates the harmonious relationship between man and nature, has emerged and developed rapidly in my country. Based on this background, the design aims to be based on Chinese farming culture, creatively inherit the tradition of learning from things, be friends with all things, take nature as a teacher, and explore more distinctive nature experience education service products.

The design content is divided into four modules.

①Natural education brand building. Design a recognizable and professional brand image and publicize and promote it in the activities, pay attention to the acquaintance marketing of old users, and establish brand barriers;

② Optimize the curriculum system. Adjust the curriculum system and optimize the content of a single experience activity according to the time line of children's school education, and increase parents' classrooms to meet parents' needs;

③ Improve the service system. With the design of the natural camp as the core, provide online (mini-program) and offline supporting services;

④ Strengthen business cooperation. Cooperate with social and life platforms online, expand publicity channels, promote offline cooperation with colleges and related educational organizations, and increase B-end customer sources.
