面对后疫情时代下儿童宅家现象普遍、运动场馆距离远、缺乏专业运动指导等问题，“下来玩平台”通过整合社区场地及体适能教练资源，在小区内就能获得专业的运动训练，让儿童快乐玩耍，高效运动。平台方与社区签订场地分时租用合同，保障专属运动场地；家长可通过“下来玩平台”进行组团及教练的预约；运动教练通过平台的二次认证及考核方可持证上岗；儿童通过运动手环进行运动打卡及体能数据监测，保障运动过程可靠、安全、专业。在符合条件的小区投放智能运动柜，提供物品存放、器械租用、运动打卡、能量补给、休息庇护等一站式运动服务。我们希望通过对儿童社区运动的探索，建立起活态、健康、共享的社区运动服务体系，让“社区”成为“家”-“校”之后的又一主要空间，为探索友好社区、亲情互动提供服务支持.
Design description
Facing the problems of children staying at home in the post-epidemic era, the distance of sports venues and the lack of professional sports guidance, the "Down and Play Platform" integrates community venues and physical fitness coaching resources, so that children can get professional sports training in the small area, allowing them to play happily and exercise efficiently. The platform signs a time-sharing contract with the community to guarantee exclusive sports venues; parents can make reservations for groups and coaches through the "down to play platform"; sports coaches can be certified through the secondary certification and examination of the platform; children can punch cards and monitor physical fitness data through sports bracelets to ensure that the sports process is reliable, safe and professional. Professional. Smart sports lockers are placed in qualified communities to provide one-stop sports services such as storage, equipment rental, sports clocking, energy supply and rest shelter. We hope that through the exploration of children's community sports, we can establish a living, healthy and shared community sports service system, so that "community" can become another major space after "home" and "school". We hope to provide services to support the exploration of friendly community and family interaction.
Background
Against the backdrop of accelerated urbanization, the impact of the digital age, and the constant squeeze on public space, children are facing many challenges when growing up, including physical and mental health problems, limited conditions for physical activities, and a gradual decline in social skills. Although the country has promoted the reform of physical education, included physical education subjects in assessments, and encouraged professionals to enter the education system, actual sports facilities at the community level are still crude and lack professional guidance.
In response to these problems, "Down to play" came into being. The project aims to provide ready-to-use sports training through the Internet platform, cooperate with nationally certified coaches to provide professional guidance, and organize a variety of activities to enhance children's social interaction, thereby promoting children's The overall development of physical and mental health and social skills.
Process
The team first understood the services and functions of children's physical education in the existing market through competitive product analysis, and found that although many training institutions have relatively complete curriculum systems, there are still some problems in terms of teacher evaluation, venue reservation flexibility, technology application, and brand visual identity. insufficient. This provides the project with clear directions and opportunities for improvement, such as providing sports venues that can be booked at any time, integrating coaching resources with professional qualifications, developing high-tech auxiliary training APPs, and enhancing the visual unity of the brand.
To better understand user needs, the team conducted user surveys and interviews. Through analysis of typical users, the team found that busy parents want to find convenient and continuous ways to exercise for their children, while children are eager to have more interesting activities and friends.
How Might We? The project is committed to providing a space for children's rich activities and sports, allowing users to feel that activities in the community are meaningful, allowing users to enjoy professional training, allowing children to feel the gains of persisting in sports, and attracting them to participate in more rich activities. Fun activities to keep kids looking forward to physical activity.
In addition, the team also conducted analysis based on support resources, situations, venues, etc., and used desktop research to sort out various situations that may arise when parents and children choose sports paths.
The team found that in the process of choosing and participating in children's sports, parents and children faced many pain points and needs, such as a single form of exercise, insufficient training professionalism, and a lack of convenient appointments and real-time feedback. Therefore, the project should focus on providing rich and interesting sports content, professional coaching guidance, flexible reservation methods, and transparent and timely sports data feedback. It should also focus on cultivating children's sports interests and social skills.
Outcomes
The "Down to play platform" takes itself as the core and connects users, properties, activities, brands, manufacturers and third-party supervision to form a comprehensive support network. For community site occupation issues, the platform provides multiple solutions: property management coordinates site cleanup, replaces nearby available sites, refunds, and provides discount coupon compensation. In terms of community activity format matching, the platform will use the activity format library matching strategy to select the most appropriate format for children’s activities based on community size and space type. These measures ensure that stable, high-quality community children's activity services are provided to users.
As a link connecting children, parents, coaches and the community, the platform is committed to providing children with convenient, professional and safe community sports services.
By establishing a coach registration and review mechanism, the platform ensures the professionalism and reliability of sports guidance. Parents can reserve venues and coaches through the "Down to play platform" so that their children can participate in professional sports courses with their friends in the community, which solves parents' worries and anxieties about children's sports. The coach customizes personalized sports courses and provides professional guidance based on the venue conditions and the child's situation.
During the exercise, the coach uploads pictures and videos through the platform, allowing parents to understand their children's exercise status in real time to ensure safety. After the exercise, the smart bracelet automatically uploads data to the platform and generates an intelligent exercise analysis report for parents' reference.
In addition, the "Down to play platform" also provides a variety of sports peripherals and smart service cabinets to enrich children's community sports. In communities lacking coaches or infrastructure, smart sports cabinets provide one-stop services, including item storage, sports equipment rental, leisure and relaxation, etc.
